did max effort bench and deadlift this week..
worked up to a 3x90 bench.. and a 3x135 deadlift.
feeling not too bad. still maintaining my weight without any protein at the moment. ran out of it and waiting for the delivery to come.
on a side note, i am always the one at fault and the one who has the shortcomings. anything i say or do always seems to be wrong. ya. i am always wrong. i am tactless. i like to say bad things. i am bad. cheers to that.
