this week is off week. haha.
lighter loads and higher reps. more on the muscle-building range. haha. pretty afraid of overtraining so i decided to take a break. Plus alot of work to be done in school. so good that i am able to finish most of it.
next week i will officially test my 1rep max. hopefully i do well. hahaha.

a brand new year of studies start..
third year student with many many uncertainties of the future.
this year's subjects are pretty interesting.. i plan to use the blog as a journal of what goes on for each subject.
sports psychology is similar to what i did last semester..
exercise and sports injury management is something like the sports trainer cert with more detail.
advanced exercise physiology is pretty interesting with our own project we have to handle..
ethics is pretty dense but sets us in the right path..
personal challenge is personal challenge. the title speaks for itself.. i decided to do powerlifting and hit a total of 450kg hopefully by the end of the year. self-assessment will be done by mid year to see where i am and the end figure will be modified accordingly.
thus training has started again.. not only to gain strength but to lose my tummy as proposed by my parents.
squatted 5x100kg and 3+1+1x105kg today. more will be posted regarding this. cheers!
