it's chinese new yearrr.. and i am hereee in the oh-so-hot australia! weather has been crazy man.. i am sweating even more than i ever did in the army. haha. and i have never felt so hot out of the house with already so little clothes on. haha. now i begin to appreciate the wonders of what an air-conditioner can do man. haha. can u believe it? half of melbourne actually blacked out because everyone switched on their air-cons at the same time and there was not enough power circulating the city. haha. think the next apartment i find.. must have air-con. depends la. air here is expensive. and when i say air i mean air-con. aussie lingo. it's the first day of the lunar new year. how do asians celebrate it here? ppl like my good friend zhenghan studies for his test. haha. as for mee.. i do my daily routine of going to the gym. and watching tv after dinner. haha. life here is quite monotonous. haha. except today something really stupid happened all thanks to me. i lost my ring. in the gym. ugh. so frustrated and disappointed with myself. haiii. anywayy.. tml's the start of the orientation for local students and we international students gotta be there as well.. what a waste of time. but one good thing is... i am gonna learn how to surf! during my orientation campppp! how cool is that! haha. so fun. haha. think my course gonna be fun. alrightt.. i will say more about this desert that i am currently in tml while i rest my sweaty body in preparation for tml's waste of time. peace y'all.
